Montse & Dave’s Wedding at Sneaton Castle, Whitby – Sunshine, Laughter and Plenty of Energy!

Some weddings have a vibe all of their own, and Montse and Dave’s August wedding at Sneaton Castle was definitely one of them!

With a hot, sunny day, a vibrant group of friends and family, and plenty of fun and laughter, this was a wedding full of energy from beginning to end. The atmosphere was fantastic, with everyone bringing their own personality to the celebrations and making it a day that felt completely theirs.

Sneaton Castle looked beautiful in the summer sunshine, providing a gorgeous setting for a day filled with happy faces, special moments and lots of character.

And, of course, no wedding story would be complete without mentioning the dogs! 🐾 They added another lovely element to the day and helped make the celebrations even more personal.

What really stood out was the atmosphere. Every wedding is different, and that's one of the things I love most about photographing them. Some days are quieter and more intimate, while others are bursting with excitement, big personalities and infectious energy. Montse and Dave's wedding certainly fell into the latter category!

As a wedding photographer, I love being able to capture all those different dynamics — the laughter, the interactions, the little details and the moments that might otherwise pass by in the middle of all the excitement. It's not just about photographing what a wedding looks like, but capturing what it felt like to be there.

My approach is always to help the day flow naturally, keep things relaxed and make sure there's time for the photographs that matter to you, without taking you away from enjoying your wedding and your guests.

Montse and Dave, thank you for letting me be part of your brilliant day at Sneaton Castle. It was a pleasure to capture a wedding with so much life, laughter and personality.
